Anti-wrinkle injections are a safe and effective treatment to reduce the appearance of dynamic lines (lines that appear due to movement) such as frown lines or ‘crows feet’.

Injections into the muscle prevent the production of Acetylcholine, the chemical messenger that transmits the signal between the nerve endings and the muscle telling it to contract. This temporary reduction in muscle movement softens the lines giving a smoother, fresher appearance. Anti-wrinkle treatment is best used as preventative method, and although there is no set time to start treatment, it is recommended when you notice dynamic lines appearing at rest.

All clients must have a bespoke consultation before any treatment can be carried out, meaning consultation and treatment cannot be done on the same day. Pricing will be discussed at your consultation, due to legal reasons these cannot be displayed online. There is a £30 charge for prescribing consultations, but this is deducted from the price of treatment.

Effects are noticable in 3-5 days, with optimum results seen at 2 weeks. A review appointment will be made and a complimentary top-up provided if required.

Results last between 3-4 months but can vary due to lifestyle factors such as smoking, UV exposure, exercise and skin quality.
